National Testing Agency conducts The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Under Graduate – NEET-UG, once a year to recognize the ability of candidates, who want to get admission in different government and private colleges in India, for medical courses-MBBS, and dental courses – BDS. NEET-UG is the replacement exam of the All India Pre Medical Test – AIPMT. The minimum qualification is 12th pass or equivalent with primary subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, from any recognized education board. Candidates who are in the class 12th also can appear for the exam. There is no maximum age restriction and the number of attempts for the exam but the candidate must have completed a minimum of 17 years. 1. Concept and syllabus
