The Examination is the most important part when it comes to deciding your career. The exams are the method by which you are tested with your knowledge that you have achieved. The Examination may include Oral, Written, or Practical methods. The exams are the most important for a child to test himself with the education that he has received from the Educational Institute. Being so important the examination brings us a lot of Stress, Tension, and Nervousness.

The reason behind this is that, as the exams are so important to achieve success the students overburden themselves with issues such as Studies, Time management, Submissions, Projects, and many more such other things. Sometimes the examinations are so important that if you fail in that examination you have to repeat the whole year compulsorily which leads to more burden on every student giving the examination. If a student manages and everything with efficient planning and management then he can achieve success in each examination in the world.

But sometimes it so happens that a student is not able to manage the workload given to him and goes straight into the circle of Tensions, Nervousness, and various other problems. Due to this he either fails in the exams or achieves average marks in the examination. The adverse effects of this problem can be Drug Abuse, Smoking, Mental Problems, over Eating or even some dangerous problems like Death, Suicide, or Depression. The student’s educational career is destroyed and he further cannot achieve the goals which he had decided in his future life.

 1. Nothing is so hard and fast in your life; keep a note of this point. You have to give the exams but that doesn’t mean that you have to study 1 day before. Studying at a slow rate every day can help you achieve success in the examination.

2. Do not just keep dreaming about your future life. Along with dreaming, keep the Pace of your Hard Work to convert your dreams into reality.

3. When you preparing for any examination make sure that you make a timetable of your studies and take some effort to ensure that it is strictly followed.

4. Never burn the Midnight Oil for preparing for any particular examination as it will never increase your knowledge but will surely add up your Stress and Tension.

5. Keep a safe distance from things like Mobile, Computers, Tablets, and PlayStations because your addiction to these things can lead to failure, and if the rate increases it can lead to Mental Problems and Depression.

6. Make a habit that you spent your most of time studying and reading textbooks which will ensure that you have the basic knowledge of each subject with its definition and Formulas. This will make you calm while solving a numerical amidst an exam.

7. Always study with textbooks and your notes and make sure you refer to Digests or Solutions Sets only in the case of an emergency which will help you study better and clear your basics. Avoiding Solution sets or such other things will help you to not panic during an exam.

8. Never refer to things like “21 Expected Question Sets” of any publication when you are appearing for HSC and SSC Examination as these things increase your stress and will overburden you.

9. While giving an exam make sure that you carry a bottle of water with you so that if you stress out during the exam you can drink some water and relax; then you can resume your paper in a relaxed manner.

10. If you are stressed out during long hours of study then you should take a walk, chit chat with your parents or play a sport which you like which will help managing stress.

11. If you have some tension make sure you share and solve it out with your parents or your friends or to whom you are close.

12. Keep a safe distance from things like Adults Films or Pornography as these things are nothing but a cause of severe addiction.

13. Also never take shelter from things like Drugs, Alcohol, or smoking which can severely harm you mentally or physically.
