Get up early in the morning. Taking a walk is no harm. Plan your day. giving an adequate amount of time to all your activities of the day will enhance your productivity. You have 24 hours! Make the best of it.
  2. Exercise: The growing body needs to adjust to the new change. Doing some exercise just for 20 minutes of the day can make you feel fresh. Too bored to exercise? Take a walk! Appreciate nature. Let the morning sunlight heal your skin. This is not only adding to your fitness but for helping you grow as a person.
  3. Family and friends: Being a teenager isn’t easy. Everything seems annoying. The thought of running away recurs frantically. One of the best things to do at this point is to spend time with friends and family. Give that Sunday dinner a try. Not relatives then cousins will give you the good time you deserve.

Sitting for an hour in front of you’re TV laptop or phone isn’t a great choice of living. On the other hand, it’s good to know the basics of technology like using a phone, laptop, and their software, etc. to keep up with the world.
  10. Mental health: Take a break now! Your mental health is equally as important as your physical health. Worrying about your goals and schedules won’t help.
