Understanding social anxiety: social anxiety activities are those stuff you can do to challenge your anxiety. It isn’t enough to own vague goals about what you would like to realize. Whether you would like to beat symptoms of social anxiety or become an Award-winning actress, it’s important to place your goals down on paper. This makes them real and measurable.
