Asha is certified counsellor and a career coach. She has a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Diploma in Counselling Skills and has done courses in couple/marriage and family counselling, life skills training. She is also trained in therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Transactional Analysis, NLP etc. She works with people from different walks of life including professionals from different industries, home makers, adolescents, couples as well as Families.

She initially did her engineering and worked as software engineer both in India and abroad. Her deep passion for understanding human dynamics and contributing to their wellbeing caused her to deviate from the binary world of technology and devote to the field of psychology and cure. She provides a supportive, understanding and confidential environment to help clients explore their emotions, supports them manage their concerns and challenges confidently.

A psychotherapist trained and certified in REBT from Albert Ellis University NewYork, can handle group and individual counselling sessions.
Helps corporates with competency mapping and review instruments. A trained and certified psychometric assessor am very competent in using various assessment tools. .
Have been a volunteer counsellor during the pandemic. I also run a small support group for bereaved families. A passionate teacher and pedagogy expert have helped design, review and refine curriculum and teaching methodologies.
