The Pandemic has brought the world to a standstill. The Economy of every country was is declining and the whole world is now getting affected. The people are also greatly affected due to the lockdown as they had to stay at home leaving their jobs, businesses, and daily work. The students were also greatly affected as they faced the new era of learning, i.e. online education and online exams.
The government was greatly affected in this course as their sources of income were greatly lowered and they had a great strain on the expenses made for the betterment and the well-being of the people. But the people who were greatly affected by the First and the Second Wave of the COVID-19 are the students. School students, small kids, undergraduate, and graduate students, trainee and fellowship students, Ph.D. students, and also the final year students who were aspiring to get a job were all affected alive by the COVID-19.
Now the question arises that do these students have any future right now after their partial schooling through offline and online mode of education. They have faced many challenges such as mental health issues, physical problems, psychological issues, social problems, etc. Some of these problems include losing internet connectivity, not being able to meet their friends, fatigue due to looking at the screen for long durations, and various other problems. In some cases, this can lead to depression, nervousness, tension, anxiety, etc
These problems were not a part of a student’s life earlier and they were just supposed to study and excel high in their work. But the pandemic just brought to them these new challenges. But on the bright side, many students are gaining a great amount of knowledge through Online classes and many of them are achieving great success from it. It very much depends on the student whether to take this scenario as a new challenge and grasp the best out of it.
Talking about the education quality they are receiving is a bit debatable. Sometimes there is no education imparted online due to no facilities, sometimes there some facilities available and the education is imparted accordingly, and in many cases, due to the better management of the educational institute, the quality of education is great.
Speaking about the future of these online classes and online exams, students have a bright future but they need to have enough talent and skillset to make sure that they have a good future by making use of the available chances. The students should pursue some online course, attend alumni meets, panel discussion, expert talks, job meets, entrepreneurship meets, and such other facilities.
Besides all of these things, the students looking for a job opportunity must also have their resume ready to apply using top official recruitment sites where they can connect with the official recruiters of the company and get a job as per their capability, quality, and the most important thing which is their educational qualification. Also, these students need to make sure that they have 2-3 programming languages in their arsenal as the future of working is either remote work or on a computer cabin basis which lowers the value of working on the shop floor.
The research students and the interns should now work on daily life examples and make the most for their project from the available resources which are the only way for them to progress ahead. The only tip for the school students of 10th, 11th, and 12th is that to practice consistently every day and be updated with information.
