Hi Maitri, Information Technology stream of Bachelor of Science itself is not recommended. Don't expect great things merely from Bachelor of Science course. This is a very basic course and would not offer any good job. The career prospect is slightly dim only with a Bachelor of Science course. In the private sector, I would say that you can apply for a job in BPO with this qualification. Most of the IT companies would not offer a job with a graduation degree unless it is B.Tech.
