There are few Universities who offer part time in USA or Europe. Check Accreditation. Lancaster and Warwick Business School are the ones I recall having credibility.

Dear Akriti - To be upfront an honest as good or bad as a simple Commerce Graduate. PGDM is more like it and that too regular. Prospective Employers mostly look down upon Distance Learning. if you are in a job already there it may enhance your stature and promotion chance though.   All the best !
