About ANANAS KUMAR

I’m a Resource Person of Academic and Pedagogy with more than 10 years of experience in class room teaching-learning culture with different categories of learners. I have worked for professional development of teachers, assessment, research, action research and counseling for major clients such as Pupil Tree International Residential School, Mahnar St. Joseph Public School, St. Marry Public School, Computer Point, Unified Council and have been recognized with several awards during my career. Until recently, I led research and assessment (for learner as well as teachers also) for Aim Premji Institute for Learning and Development, focused on Teacher Professional Development for the K-12 education. In this role I was focused on field research and assessment, although I have done extensive Pedagogy and Andragogy related work in the past. Colleagues know me as a highly creative learners who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. I have an MA (Psychology and Hindi) from NOU and IGNOU and B. Ed with CTET and pursuing PH. D in Neuroeducation for Teacher Professional Development. I’m currently resource person (academic & pedagogy) while I pursue new opportunities and can be reached either through this profile or by phone at 9456591384 or 9012613206.
