Please note, for a better scope you need to be the best amongst the best and for that no having a second thought. Also choose your specialization appropriately as per your interest. Hello Tammana,  I would say both. Firstly please note an MBA degree as a fresher does not help much when you join an industry. Rather if you already have market knowledge, it becomes easier to understand and apply the management principles. So good if you start working in a bank. After few years of experience, you can pursue an MBA in Banking or Finance through correspondence. But if you are a person who believes in completing education before beginning to work, then but obvious MBA or a course in banking and finance should be your focus. Choice is yours.
