Dear Aspirant, Hope by BCom (CA) you mean Bachelors of Commerce with Computer Applications as specialisation. I feel, if you are interested in IT, Computers, you can opt for Masters in Computer Application (MCA) after your BCom. MBA would be a choice but if you are interested in IT/Computers, it would not help. If you are not interested in continuing with the Computer Applications, then going for MBA in HR/Finance/Marketing/International Business, etc is recommended. Hi Seema, Please note, after B.Com you could join the bank as a Probationary officer. Once you join and get accustomed with the bank roles and duties, you could then clear the internal exams and get promoted accordingly. Also you could opt for courses from Institute of Banking: www.iibf.org.in/ But this does not guarantee a 100% job, it is upto your potentials and vacancy too.   Hope this helps.
