After Intermediate of Commerce, you definitely should continue graduation and along side, you can go for professional courses like Chartered Accountancy, Cost and Management Accountancy, Company Secretaryship, etc.
If you are interested in Law, you can shift to five year integrated course in Law known as BBA LLB from your University or you can give CLAT and get into the Top Law Schools in India.
You may also shift to BBA or BMS or BBM or Journalism, etc. after 12th commerce.

Hope by BCom (CA) you mean Bachelors of Commerce with Computer Applications as specialisation.
I feel, if you are interested in IT, Computers, you can opt for Masters in Computer Application (MCA) after your BCom.
MBA would be a choice but if you are interested in IT/Computers, it would not help.
If you are not interested in continuing with the Computer Applications, then going for MBA in HR/Finance/Marketing/International Business, etc is recommended. But aim to do MBA from Top 10 BSchools in India. Doing MBA just for the degree sake will not give you anything.

Once you join and get accustomed with the bank roles and duties, you could then clear the internal exams and get promoted accordingly.
