Congratulations on clearing 12th. Looks like your aim is to be a professor. But its a long way to go.
You first need to be a Graduate in a subject of your choice. After that pursue a masters degree in the same specialization you chose in your graduation.
After a masters degree, appear for NET / SET and join a college initially as an Associate professor. Then with experience and clearing internal exams you would be enrolled as a Professor. The shortest route is doing a P.hD and directly begin as a Professor.

Firstly tell me that are you satisfied with test results? Were you inclined towards government services in general while you were doing your college? I think if you have appeared for the test with full honesty, then the report should be taken as positive and you should definitely go ahead by starting to prepare for competitive exams.
