Hi, I liked your enthusiasm and confidence. Yes, nothing can beat on the job training but when you join a work place, your employer would expect you to know basics. A course helps you get that. It fine tunes your knowledge and channelizes your skills. Hence my recommendation would be to go for a skilling course first.
