Hi, I liked your enthusiasm and confidence. Yes, nothing can beat on the job training but when you join a work place, your employer would expect you to know basics. A course helps you get that. It fine tunes your knowledge and channelizes your skills. Hence my recommendation would be to go for a skilling course first. A degree from a recognized University is the main criteria for admission to a higher or masters degree. SNDT is a well known University and their courses are recognized all over India and abroad.But before you decide on SNDT, it would  be best to match its course curriculum with the country and the University you are applying to. If it does not match, just check whether a degree is valid from the SNDT University. If the University is a recognized one, then you could apply for masters, but at the same time, you may have to appear for additional papers to match heir selection criteria
