Hi Mayur, I would recommend to go for Mechanical Engineering. Automobile and Mechatronics come under the umbrella of it. As far as scope is concerned, Automobile Engineers are hugely employed either in Automobile companies Or in manufacturing sector. As both of the sectors are not doing great, there are not enough companies in the market nowadays. Also the companies which are recruiting paying around 18 - 20 K in the starting. Hai Kinjal.. For a career in Automobile, two options are there. you can join for B.Tech in Automobile or Diploma in Automobile. If you are pursuing these courses in Anna University, Manipal University, Lovely Professional University, Jadavpur University, VIT university etc you can get placement in good companies too once you complete your course. Hi Saket, It's a very important and valid question. You have two options now: 1. If you go for Job, you would be absorbed as a GET. After having an experience of 3 - 4 years, you would plan for your M.Tech. OR MBA. When you will go for M.Tech., it will either lead you to teaching Or you would join back the industry. Now industry only pay 15% - 20% more to the M.Tech candidates when they join and don't differentiate much between M.Tech. and B.Tech. in the starting but in long run, M.Tech. helps for promotion.  2.
