Hi Neha, It takes time when you are having a very specific career choice. If he wants to change immediately, my suggestion would be to first join at a similar profile while keeping better CTC raise in mind.  My friend started with academics but was much interested in Sales profile. Hi After 12th you can go for B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. (Comp. Sc.), BA LL.B, BSc.(IT), etc. First of all you must find your interest and then select the stream. Like if you are interested in commerce than you should go for Bachelor Of Commerce, If you are interested in management, then you can go for BBA. if you are interested in law you can go for B.A LL.B and so on.
