Hello There,  No other option than completing your graduation either fulltime or through correspondence. Unless and until you graduate, you would not be able to pursue higher studies like post graduation or MBA. Also higher positions or promotions would be difficult. Wish you good luck...

Hello Siza,  Please note there is no undergraduate course in special education. One can pursue a B.Ed in the same which is possible only after one is a graduate. But there are lots of counseling organizations that offer diploma and or certificate courses after 12th, which are of 6 months duration.  You can either pursue a B.Ed or opt for certification courses. But check whether the course is RCI recognised.  Check IGNOU, YCMOU, National Institute for empowerment of individuals with mental disability etc. If possible pursue a counseling degree too.
