There is no reservation for NCC cadets in NEET. The exam only provides category-based quotas such , ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, and PwD. NCC achievements may be considered in institutions like AFMC Pune, but they do not guarantee reserved seats in NEET counselling.
CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research) UGC NET 2018
CSIR UGC NET 2018 is expected to be held in June 2018. Hall Tickets will be announced in the first week of June 2018. The result of the exam will be announced in form of merit list at the official website post successful organize of examination. Be practical and not emotional. Think over, is medical really your forte and then take a step. Take the help of Aptitude test to check your potentials for studying medical.
Or else, you could opt for BAMS ( Ayurveda doctors. Sanskrit knowledge is important) or BHMS (Homeopathy doctor). Admission purely based on merit and no entrance exam.

After 12th Science, if you have the aptitude and if you can clear the NEET with a high rank, then MBBS should be preferred. But do not compare it with IAS. IAS and MBBS are two different career option which have no relation with each other in any way. So please do not compare.
