Hello Vikas,   The choice is completely yours.   If teaching is something you wish to make your career in, then pursue either a B.Ed and teach in schools and junior college or appear for NET / SET and teach in degree colleges and as well at coaching institutes you have mentioned above.   But if you looking out for long term job satisfaction and flow of money after you retire, that is a secured future, then government job would be ideal.   But my advise here would be, why not both.   Probably you could work as a part-time lecturer in coaching institutes on the weekends
