Hello Deepika,   Why are you saying, you are late for admission?   Please do visit colleges and talk to the authorities and show how keen you are.   Sometimes, the colleges grant admission to deserving students. Dont waste a year. I would suggest keep trying.   If at the last resort, you would have to back out, then I would suggest, opt for certificate courses in counseling, so that you are in touch with the course.   Wish you good luck...

Hello Aishi,  To be a psychologist, apart from qualification, complete knowledge of therapy as well as practice is important. In terms of qualification, a masters degree (MA) is needed. You can specialise in any area right from.clinical, counseling, industrial to social or guidance and counseling. Please note to work as a registered clinical psychologist minimum requirement is an m.phil or phd.
