Hello Akash,  If you are speaking in terms of a job, then sorry, to practice as a counselor a masters degree is needed.  So after you graduate, you can pursue a MA in psychology in.the specialization you wish to opt for right from clinical to organizational to counseling or guidance and counseling. Please note to work as a licenced clinical psychologist minimum requirement is an m.phil or P.Hd. Apart from a masters degree certificate courses like nlp, hypnosis, play therapy etc can also be done so that it aids your career prospects. Other course options includes MSW, MBA, Pg diploma

The basic qualification for appearing in UGC NET is to complete your Post Graduate degree. So PG Diploma wont make you eligible to appear for UGC NET. You can join for Post graduation in Psychology in reputed institutes like Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi university, Lovely Professional University, Ranchi university etc and qualify UGC NET. You can build a successful career after your MA in  good institutes.

You can join for the courses like MSc in Physics, Electronics etc. You are also eligible to join for MTech in Electronics and communication after your MSc in institutes like IIT Kharakpur, Lovely Professional University, NIT Tiruchirapally, BITS Pilani etc. You will have more career option once you finish your MSc and MTech.

Hello Rishika.. English is a good option for finding great scope both for higher education and job. So you can go for MA English once you finish your BA English honors course. Then there is option of M.Phil and PhD. You can be a master in English Literature then. The best available career option for you is to become lecturer in English. You can apply in institutes like Hyderabad university, Lovely Professional University, Ashoka university etc for getting much exposure in the field. You can appear for NET exam to become lecturer during or after your MA course.

Hello Shilpa,   Good questioon asked.   Please note, all specializations in Psychology firstly falls under the Applied Psychology category.   The difference is in terms of just Psychology and Applied Psychology.   Please note, as such a degree in Psychology is a 3 years course, whereby a student is exposed to theories and assessments. Hello Deepak,  You first have to decide what you wish to do in the future. I mean which field you wish to work in?.  Psychology has a widespread importance in all industries. But before that I would advise pursue a masters in psychology and then based on the industry you wish to work apply as a counselor.
