Anyways please note, if you are talking of a Graduation course after 12th.,, then it is a 3 years course, thus after the 2nd year, you would have to clear the 3rd year compulsorily to be a Graduate.

Medical is medical. There is no substitute as such to the medical profession. Although there are para medical fields, which you could opt for.
In terms of medical, please note, after MBBS, you have 2 options in the masters degree. MD, which is a masters in Medicine, whereby you are a doctor who just treats his patients through medicines, just like a physician and another is MS, whereby you master in surgery. So as such you could opt for an MD program.
The field of Commerce revolves around the value that is income generated i.e. business transactions and overall benefits taking the sales of products and services provided by producers to the consumers. Economics has even broader scope that excavates deeper into how this relation between Producer and consumer runs. This study allows examining how individuals, societies and businesses allocate these limited resources so that they can be beneficial to all. Commerce falls as a helping hand to economics, but studying Economics gives you much deeper understanding.

There are more options to specialize in Psychology that he can choose after Graduation or Post Graduation.
