The options available are many Psychology Political Science Education Mass Communication Economics Fine Arts  Applied and Commercial Arts Design  Law There are universities in Europe, which offer PPLE (Psychology, Philosophy, Law and Economics) as a starting option. One gradually sheds subjects, while moving towards a specialization in the final year. IITs offer courses in Humanities, which further become a springboard to go abroad.

Dear Siddharth, I would suggest that you do your SWOT before deciding anything because if you have a strong command over written and spoken English then ofcourse you should take it as your career option and later do B.Ed if you want to get into school education as a teacher or clear NET for getting a lecturer's position in a college. There is always a dearth of good English teacher in the field of education and the scope is vast.
