Hai.. Your subject in graduation is not a matter of concern universities to pursue post graduation in Psychology. You can search for MA Psychology course in  Delhi University, Lovely Professional University etc. For MA Applied Psychology, the applicant has to study a Psychology paper during graduation. But for MA Psychology it is not mandatory. Hello Kavita, It is you and only you, who could select a course or career for yourself, depending on your line of interest. If you are interested in Social work and wish to join either an NGO or corporate in their CSR team, then MSW would be a better option. Please note admission is based on an entrance exam. Incase you are interested in dealing with legal aspects and policy making, then LAW is suitable. Helllo Ruthik, Your question has put me into a shock. Being a Engineering student, how come did you develop an interest in Psychology, and that too Clinical Psychology. Please do rethink about your choice. As you have no base of Psychology, you would find it tough as such to cope with the course. Before joining you would have to do a lot of self study about psychology. Please note, Open University like IGNOU and YCMOU, do provide a 2 years clinical Psychology course, but before admission do check with students its validity. Any Bachelor's degree with any nomenclature is perfect. Different nomenclatures are only a 'fancy', the underlying course is 'Economics' which is a social sciences/ humanities subject. You can pursue MA Economics post B.Com. Hons. provided you have Economics as atleast one paper during your undergrad. i.e. B.Com.Any traditional state funded Universities are good enough.
