However, i would suggest you first get onto a job (If not working now) and continue your certifications. When it comes to HR and allied verticals, experience matters the most than certifications. Human Resources is a good career option however, there are no good courses in HR after 12th and if available they are not at all joining due to absence of employability and knowledge. Dear Aspirant, Generally, HR round is non-technical round. The questions asked are listed by Ms. Deepti. Technical round is always  separately conducted by a member of the exact process / department in which the company is recruiting for. Here no HR questions are asked or may be asked just to make the candidate talk or express. I would always recommend that preparing for the interview should not be done keeping in mind the rounds. You have to prepare for the interview as a whole and then you can answer any question irrespective in which round it is asked by the employer. You can search th

Dear Aspirant, I agree with Meghna. If you could not score 50% in graduation, I am sorry to say but you may be a bad MBA too later. Why so low marks in graduation? Why you didnt study well? MBA through distance learning cannot save you. You need not appear for graduation again as suggested by Meghana, however, I would suggest that take admission to Masters degree and ensure that you get atleast 55% in Masters degree. This is the only option. Best wishes

Hello Amin, Good question asked.   Though I know BBA is a practical as well as theory course. But mind you it is at the end of the day, just a Graduate program. Please note, one is not allowed any specialization at this level. The curriculum focuses on general management studies. Thus you would be treated as any other Graduate. You could get jobs in the starting level like data entry jobs, back office, receptionists, assistant to the manager etc.  Wish you good luck.......
