Dear Aspirant, Being in the BA Literature, the best option would be Journalism or Mass Communication. I think you can maintain your cooking as a hobby which will give you more happiness instead of doing it full time in the hotel industry. Hello Ritik,  Sorry you cannot pursue both the fields at the sametime. Nor can you pursue Economics at the post graduate level if you do not have a graduation.in economics. But any graduate can pursue a pg diploma in mass communication. So I would suggest, pursue economics honors and if you still have an interest in mass communication then opt for a pg diploma.
