Was that because of your casual attitude or last moment study attitude or an overall lethargic attitude towards your own career? After Mass Communication, going for Library Science is an out of world thought. I don't find any gain in doing Library Science after having done Masters in Mass Communication.
Mass Communication is a very good career course you have done and it has a good scope in the market. I feel, that after having done Mass Communication, doing Library Science would land you in a very different field.
There are not too many job options in Library Science compared to Mass Communication.

I wish you had been a little specific as to what you are currently pursuing, your qualification, your interest etc.
Only thing I can suggest at this moment is do not choose on the basis of percentage or friends or the most happening stream.
It would be best to know where your interest and aptitude lies and then choose accordingly. For which I would suggest, an Aptitude test or Career counseling test

ISBF as an Institute is a good institute with quality faculty and infrastructure. As far as course is concerned it is good.
Any course and career is full worth, only if you are also full worth of it. Do not have the attitude of only getting but also take efforts of giving to the company which is employing you.

Also, Journalism these days is also combined with Mass Communication. for example, in Pune University, you can do Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) which is a two years post graduate master degree course.

I liked your career option, but in a way they are different from each other. Actually, you can also do Journalism and select Food industry for journalism. However, I would suggest that doing a Journalism course would be best to start with.
After 12th, you can opt for B.Journalism course from a recognised Institute affiliated to a recognised University.
