Firstly you should be very clear and confident on your 12th Science (PCM) knowledge very thoroughly.

There are private institutes who give courses in Animation. There are no formal degree colleges for animation in India. To begin with I would suggest that you may think for BFA (Bachelors in Fine Arts) course from a recognised University.
