I did my BE in electronics and now pursuing final year MBA in HR. so please guide me about scopes in good companies. is there any companies which are hiring specially MBA with BE?
Dear Career AspirantWelcome to meracareerguideWe guide you to a proper career in accordance with your skills and attitudes.Your option about going for MBA after BE was, in my opinion, a good one. In today's scenario the option is definitely lucrative. But in any case, you shall be considered as an human resource person, and most probably your BE may not be considered in your career.
Or rather BE shall be considered as just a graduation. That is the problem with leaving the stream and joining another stream. Youngsters are prone to do such mistakes. Very much wrong.HR is totally a management subject. You shall get every opportunity that is given to any MBA HR person. But there is nothing to be demoralized. Because in any case you shall be given opportunity. Hope this answers your query. Good luck.
Hello
Sourcing analyst: As being a sourcing analyst, with a technical BE degree in Electronics, you are a very good candidate to source technical savvy resumes from the databases on job portal. As a sourcing analyst you need to understand key technical terms from the job vacancy notes and accordingly use such key terms in finding the suitable matching resumes for the vacant position. Therfore if you have sound understanding of such technical key words, you could better filter the resumes. Technical backgrund candidates are often preferred for these roles than some one who has a non technical background or even only a MBA HR degree. so you should be a definite ideal fit for this role.
Dear Aspirant,
Always remember that the Masters qualification determines your job. Therefore if you have done MBA after your BE or BA or BCom or MBBS doesn't matter. You will be offered a job based on your last academic qualification in such case.
After post graduation, graduation does not remain relevant.
An MBA HR can get good jobs. Firstly focus on job profile rather than whether the company is big MNC or not. Challenging job profiles which enable you to learn and perform will get you jobs in MNCs.
Scope depends on how you leverage your domain knowledge. Just an MBA does not guarantee anything in life.
Best wishes
