With PCMB combination in your12th Science stream, you are eligible for medicine, engineering and other science courses.

However choosing one from medicine, engineering and other science courses is not simple. You will have to focus and decide on one choice since the entrances for the three courses are different and therefore preparation will also be differently required.

I would suggest that you should select and decide your career based on PCB or PCM. For Engineering you will require good score in PCM with good performance in the JEE exams. For Medicine and related courses, you will require PCB good score and also a good score in Medicine courses entrance exams.
