Ooops.... A pretty dangerous situation.

Yes, of course, for admission into SYJC you would require your marksheets. I hope you atleast have made a copy of the marksheet.
Please contact your college office ASAP and give them a letter stating you have lost your marksheet and need a copy of it immediately. Please do it without anymore waste of time, because to get a copy also would take time again.
Next time onwards make sure to keep a copy of all your marksheets. They are just not needed for admission purpose, but they also show how much keen are you with your career related aspects.
Learn to get a bit organised, keep your important documents safe and handy. Most importantly be aware of where you keeping it.
Though I know its college days and fun is around, but at the same time its time for you to get a little serious.
