Advice regarding advance studies in Animation & Multimedia

As per the advice taken from you in 2012, am pursuing B.Sc (Hons) in Animation & Multimedia from BIT (Noida Campus) and appeared in 3rd Semester exams this year. Please guide me how I can go for higher studies in same subject from IIT or NID or other top Govt Institutes? Also, I am having sufficient spare time available for part time study after 4 pm. What study I should pursue please?
