Hello Arohi

You haven’t specified two important things i.e. your graduation stream and the profile you are currently working on. These factors help you decide the specialization. Eg. A commerce graduate may choose MBA from Finance stream if he is into banking or insurance and wants to excel in the same field.

All the best

Dear Aspirant,

After 5 years of work experience your intention to go for MBA is very right, however the specialisation will depend on your job type experience and your graduation qualification.

Advancing in your career by adding an MBA is definitely a decision in the right direction.

Choosing an MBA specialisation is critical since it will determine your future career growth. For example, if you are into IT, then MBA in Project Management or Operations or IT is suitable. If you are working in finance/management/banking domain, then MBA Finance is helpful. If you are into marketing or sales, then MBA Marketing will be good.

Please let us know which job you are doing and your graduation qualification.

Best wishes
