Dear Aspirant,

Though your question is not clear, I would advise on what you have mentioned.

After BCom, you have got a government job and now your age is 30. I feel at the age of 30 you have still lot to learn on the job and gain experience which is the most important and vital aspect for your career growth.

Do not leave your job and try to understand and gain insights in your job.

If you have acquired five years of work experience by now or would gather is it near future, I would recommend a distance learning MBA from IGNOU or Symbiosis. Distance learning MBA is now recognised by government departments for promotions, etc. This will help you a lot to study and become updated and gain benefits from that. This way you can also gain a post graduation status.

Best wishes
