Hi! Thank you for asking this question to me. If the graduates opting for higher study after complete B.Tech there are many universities are there. There are many options to them to choose their career. They can pursue this course in master level as well as doctorate level. They can go for M.Tech in civil Engineering and here i give some of the option for your perusal.

1.M.tech in civil engineering - Building technology and construction management

2.M.tech in civil engineering - Environment Engineering

3.M tech in civil engineering - Geotechnical engineering

4.M tech in civil engineering - Hydraulic and water resourcing engineering

5.M tech in civil engineering -Structural engineering

6.M.tech in civil engineering - Transportation engineering

you may take any of these option after complete the B.tech based on your interest. To join this course candidate should attend GATE exam to qualify in any colleges.Apart from these candidate can choose any certificate courses the details are given below.
Certificate courses for building design and certificate coursed for construction supervisor. Before choose these option you should evaluate your background and your education skill to achieve this.
There are many career options for civil engineering after complete b tech, especially in government and private sector.A lot of private infrastructure companies are hiring these candidates for their local and abroad projects.
These candidates can choose in teaching field in any of the colleges and they will get a good salary.
These candidates can start any project and take sub contract under the any huge consutant .Scoping area is infrastructure, Building constuction, road project, Bridge projects etc.
So these candidates normally should work with the construction area as these will be a good and job getting area in their career and without interest on this they cant achieve anything. These candidates also can go with MBA degree as per their interest because this also one of the option after finish the B tech .
They can also can do modern courses to get job easily and the modern subject should be choose carefully because it should cover their interest other wise it is very difficult to understand. So after b tech the options are there to choose.
