I would suggest you to go with a practising company secretary. You will be able to learn more with a practising company secretary rather than in a company. It may happen that if you join a company for training, non sense work and the work which is not related to you and your department may also be asked to be done by you.
If you work with a practising company secretary, you will be able to learn more how ROC operates, how companies operate and how practising company secretary operates.
