I am curious why you wish to make a career in the cooperative Banks . You can apply for the Bank PO post in the Government Banks too. Government Banking career is good as compared to making a career in any of the cooperative bank.

The eligibility criteria for the AP Cooperative bank for the post of PO is as follows

1.A candidate should have completed a Graduation Degree/ Double Degree/ Post Graduation degree from a government recognised university with minimum 50%. Needed to clear the exam in one attempt.

2. The age needs to below 28 years it should not exceed more than 28 years.

If you meet the criteria you are eligible for the exam.

But still i would advise you to think about it whether you wish to make a career in the Cooperative exam or Government Exam. The Eligibility criteria for the Government Bank PO exam is as follows

1. The candidate should have completed a Graduation degree from any stream except fine arts from a government recognised university.

2. Should be an Indian.

3. Age 20 to 30 years; 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC and 10 years for disabled person.

There is no percentage criteria.

The exam is conducted in two levels-

1. Common Written exam (CWE)

2. Interview

 

 

IBPS PO exams are conducted in 2 levels

1. Common Written Exam (CWE)

2. Interview

There is a Negative Marking system for CWE exam which is 1/4th for every wrong attempt. So its very much needed to avoid the wrong answers so the score is not hampered. The candidates who clear the CWE exam successfully are called for the Interview.
