Why you want to change the Career Path? BDS and Banking are completely different career options. BDS is also one of the good field and have a tremendous career opportunities. Is it your interest towards Banking and so you are planning to make a career in the Banking? If you ahve an interest in the Banking field you can make an make career in the Banking.

Banking sector is one of the growing sector . Career in Banking is an safe and respected career regarded. One can make a career in Banking as a Bank Clerk or as a Bank PO Officer or IT Officer or Law Officer.

 

Bank PO is higher designation offered in the Government Banking Sector. Bank PO exam is conducted for the students who are Graduates. There are two types of Bank PO exam conducted.

The Candidates who aspires to make a career in SBI bank they need to give an SBI PO exam.; whereas the candidate who wish to make a career as PO in any of the Government Banks they need to give an IBPS Bank PO exam. IBPS BANK PO exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection for the remaining 21 Government Banks in the Country.

The educational eligibility for Bank PO Exam (both) is the same as follows-

1. A candidate should have completed a Graduation degree from any stream from a recognised university or who is in the last year of graduation and is waiting for the result can apply for the ank PO exam.

2. Nationality - Indian

3. Age - 20 to 30 years; 5 years of relaxation for SC/ST,3 years relaxation for OBC and 10 years for Disabled Person.

 

There is no percentage criteria. You can apply for the Bank PO exam which is an officers post.

You can either apply online or if you are applying offline you need to fill up the challan and pay the fees in the bank and than need to submit the form online with the transaction ID given on the challan.
