Ye, You are eligible for TET after completing the B.Ed Degree. the TET is a recruitment exam held for selection of candidates for teachers. 

If you like to make a career in teaching field, there are various options after completing MSc degree. There are various institutes which recruit the MSc candidates for lectureship.
