Before I answer your querry, would like to know on what criteria have you shortlisted these two institutes. Also would like to add, that a backup of few more institutes would be good so that you have a choice and are not disheartened if you do not get into an institute of your choice.

At the sametime you would have some criteria for selecting an institute like proximity for example.
