Hi,Absolutely all the courses in India are offered in Hindi and English both and most of the universities do that.Choose the language that you are comfortable in. If you are from a Hindi medium background then go with Hindi and if you are from English medium background the go with English. In this way it would be easier for you to qualify the subject with good marks.
Courses can be offered in various mode of instructions to help students learn the subject better and then help them in future application.
