Even if you had a chance, you missed it because apart from percentage in 12th, appearing for medical.common entrance test like NEET and AAIMS is needed. And unfortunately the exams for this year is done with.
Instead of waiting a year, I would suggest continue with a graduation degree, a B.Sc general or B.Sc in food science and nutrition, microbiology, biomedical sciences or BAMS (Ayurveda dr, sanskrit knowledge is important) or BHMS (Homeopathy dr).
While pursuing the above course if still interested in medical then simultaneously prepare for the entrance exam.
