You havent told us your basic qualification or what you are doing currently. Anyways... I can only tell you that just being qualified does not guarantee a job or career. Apart from being qualified (being qualified is very important) you need to have skills required to get a job in private sector. Employability skills are required apart form qualification. I think you can do some courses in personality development or computers which can help you get a job in BPOs, IT, etc. You should first find out which field interest you and then you should do the relevant courses

. Dont do courses just for getting something, because if you dont enjoy your work, you will again get frustrated and demoralised and demotivated. Do courses which interests you and also check the scope of that particular sector in which you are interested. Also talk to your parents, friends and relatives which will help you show some path for career, earning and stability in life.

Hi There,

Interesting question and I know why the confusion exists now

The main thing here is, you need to be goal specific. You must choose a career based on what your strength and potentials are, rather than going or following the trend.

Also as Dr has said, you need the necessary skills required to sustain in the industry apart from just the qualifications alone.

Also these days, organizations are looking out for multi talented individuals.
So apart from just jobs skills, you need to be creative, innovative, at the same time foresee future outputs and be a decision maker.

Remember, if you have the right orientation, money will automatically follow.

Wish you good luck........
