The motive here is to find the connection between you and the job you will be allocated to do. Whatever your interest is, it should be a constructive one. Don't go yapping about how you love to kill time doing nothing productive. Relate your answer to learning.

Few examples are:

Reading, Quizzing, Some sports (specify the name), cracking Sudoku etc.

This question can further be probed.

For example if you mention reading, there might be a question asked "what was the last book you read"?

It is advisable to name an autobiography or biography of some great person.
