Before I answer your querry, would like to know 2 things from you. 1. If you are not sure of a career with French as a subject why did you choose it as your Graduation option. 2. How did you know you have a liking towards psychology, communication etc.
Anyways back to your question. If you are not sure of a career with French language then I would suggest opt for a different specialization to graduate with. Namely you can opt for a graduation in mass media and specialise in journalism or public relations. You could opt for pg diploma in mass media also after your graduation in french.
At the moment, you could opt for mass media as stated above or a course in psychology, sociology etc.
Make a decision as soon as you can. Any change you wish to make this is the time.
As a Graduate in language, you could work as a translator and or interpretor just like you see one during the ms india contest, you can work in the related embassy, book translator, as a teacher after you complete B.eD after graduation. Or after graduation, you could opt for IAS by clearing the Civil service exams.
Choice is yours to make.
