Generally a Science background, especially a combination of Biology and Physics is a must to be a Nutritionists. Since a nutritionist would advise their clients studying their biology and anatomy.
Thus being a Commerce student, if you could appear separately for Biology and Physics, you still would stand a chance. But sorry not with a background of commerce.

I recommend you to rethink. What made you think for Nutrition career suddenly and that too after 12th commerce? It appears that commerce is not interesting you.
After 12th Commerce, you may select BBA and get an MBA after that. Or you can do some programming languages courses from institutes and get into IT jobs.
