Hi Afeefa,
Generally a Science background, especially a combination of Biology and Physics is a must to be a Nutritionists. Since a nutritionist would advise their clients studying their biology and anatomy.
Thus being a Commerce student, if you could appear separately for Biology and Physics, you still would stand a chance. But sorry not with a background of commerce.
