In order to make a career in the Government in any department one needs to have meet certain eligibility criteria like educational qualification,Age Criteria etc. Whereas student needs to give an entrance exams conducted by the various government departments and bodies.

Government conducts various entrance exams like NDA,SSC,UPSC,State Public Service Commission ,PCS etc.

PCS exam Provincial Civil Service exam are the civil based administrative services conducted by the State Government. The PCS exams comes under the State Government that works for the State Policy. These exams are conducted at the state level for the domicile residents of the state and only the state residents are allowed for the exam, where a certain seats are reserved for the state candidates.

The eligibility criteria for the PCS exam is as follows-

1.Minimum 21 years should have completed.

2.Maximum 35 years of age

3.Graduation from any stream from a recognised university.

The exam is conducted same like UPSC i.e Prelim Exam ,Mains exam and then Personal Interview.

 For syllabus you can refer to the respective state exam websites whereas one needs to be good at the current affairs that can be refered to the various newspapers and magazines.

By meeting the above mentioned criteria you get eligible for the PCS exam.
