Dear Aspirant,

YES, railways primarily require engineers from the Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Telecommunication, etc. 64% is very good percentage and I dont think there is any problem for eligibility for entering into Railways. If possible, I would suggest you to seek coaching for Railway exams.
