Hope you understand that Mechanical Engineering has good career scope. It appears that you wish to leave the Mechanical Engineering field altogether and therefore you are searching for other careers what so ever?
Any RTO vacancy needs a complete graduation in the fields as prescribed in the Employment News advertisement. Since you are Diploma, you will NOT be eligible for any government vacancy.
I would seriously ask you to rethink on your decision which is weird to me.
