The person who aspires to make a career in the Banking Sector especially in the Public Banking Sector they need to go through the exam. There are two types of Exams are conducted in the Government Banking Sector i.e Bank CLerk and Bank PO.
Bank PO is higher designation offered in the Government Banking Sector. Bank PO exam is conducted for the students who are Graduates. There are two types of Bank PO exam conducted.
The Candidates who aspires to make a career in SBI bank they need to give an SBI PO exam.; whereas the candidate who wish to make a career as PO in any of the Government Banks they need to give an IBPS Bank PO exam. IBPS BANK PO exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection for the remaining 21 Government Banks in the Country.
The educational eligibility for both the exam is as follows-
A candidate should have completed a Graduation Degree from any of the stream from a recognised university or a student who are in the final year of the degree and waiting for their results are also eligible to apply for the Bank Exam
In your case you can apply for the BANK PO exam. You get eligible to for Bank PO exam from B.Pharmacy also.

After B Pharm you wish to go to SBI jobs?
Are you serious. Though the eligibility to apply for vacancies for SBI is graduation or post graduation, you will be able to appear for SBI jobs based on your graduation. For PO positions post graduation is mandatory.
Why do you want to shift to banking career after studying a good course of Pharmacy? Pharmacy has good career growth in India. After Pharmacy why dont you think for a PG course in Clinical Research? Pharmacy and Clinical Research people are very much in demand today and shall remain so.
