As such, please note that to apply for a Bank PO officer, one needs to be a Graduate. Please note that one needs the Final year exam marksheet. And as such the forms are released after the final year exams only.
Being a Graduate, it is best that you apply to the Bank PO position, probationary officer position, and not the clerk position, for which one needs to be only 12th pass.

Bank Clerk is the Lower post offered.
Bank PO is higher designation offered in the Government Banking Sector. Bank PO exam is conducted for the students who are Graduates. There are two types of Bank PO exam conducted.
The Candidates who aspires to make a career in SBI bank they need to give an SBI PO exam.; whereas the candidate who wish to make a career as PO in any of the Government Banks they need to give an IBPS Bank PO exam. IBPS BANK PO exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection for the remaining 21 Government Banks in the Country.
The educational eligibility for Bank Clerk and Bank PO Exam (both) is the same as follows-
A candidate should have completed a Graduation Degree from any of the stream from a recognised university or a student who are in the final year of the degree and waiting for their results are also eligible to apply for the Bank Exam.
In your case you can apply for the Bank Clerk and BANK PO exam. You get eligible to for Bank PO and Bank Clerk exam from B.Com.

Dear Aspirant,
Aiming for SBI career is a good option.
SBI PO requires Post graduation as a mandatory eligibility while for Clerk positions graduation is compulsory.
I would suggest you to take banking coaching from good institutes like TIME, NSB in your city to prepare yourself perfectly and give you the confidence by appearing for mock tests.
Therefore you need to complete graduation. There is no provisional application mode.
