As such, please note that to apply for a Bank PO officer, one needs to be a Graduate. Please note that one needs the Final year exam marksheet. And as such the forms are released after the final year exams only.
Being a Graduate, it is best that you apply to the Bank PO position, probationary officer position, and not the clerk position, for which one needs to be only 12th pass.
